Oak Meadow, based out of Putney, Vermont, is a nationally recognized and accredited K-12 distance learning school and homeschool curriculum provider.  We seek resourceful, dynamic individuals to join our talented, inclusive group of educational professionals in supporting Oak Meadow’s growing community of distance learning families.

Our staff and faculty are deeply committed to providing an engaging, personalized education for our students. Administrative and warehouse staff members work together in Putney, Vermont. Faculty members work from home, and come together in person or on Zoom for faculty meetings devoted to the sharing and cultivation of best practices in distance learning.

Position opening: Administrator of People, Pay & Culture

Oak Meadow, for over 50 years, has been a small and agile family-owned business. We write secular curriculum for homeschoolers, offer accredited enrollment in our distance-learning K-12 school, and serve charter schools and states by providing options for learning. A core of employees work from Putney VT, with more employees plus our student, family and school communities spanning the globe. The Administrator of People, Pay & Culture, a human resource position, serves a key role, ensuring accurate and transparent support of employees’ payroll, benefits, and work environment, but even more being the primary point of contact for employees, ensuring that ‘each person is heard, valued and engaged.’
